How to Add New Students in E-Shikshakosh

Step 1: First login to the main E-shikshakosh portal

Step 1: To start the registration process

  • First open the official website of portal: https://eshikshakosh.gov.in

  • Click on the “ New School Registration” on the homepage
  • The registration of school is only completed by the principal or headmaster of relevant school

Some basic school details are needed to register a school

  • Special UDISE+ Code – Your school already has11-digit special code.
  • School recognition  Name – Put your School name same as on school identity verification documents
  • School Address –  add street number, name district and PIN code
  • School Type – Select one: if it is  Government or Aided or Private or Other.
  • Contact Information – Put  a functional mobile no and official email id of your school.
